Hello all
I am creating this blog with the intent of documenting my learning's and experiences over the next few weeks as I attend and present at IFLA. I will also be fortunate enough to get an opportunity to meet with some colleagues in Europe. Having completed the 23 things program I am hoping to draw on those skills to be 'creative ' as possible in these blog posts.
The hardest bit thus far was naming the blog. I ended up going with a tag line from a movie
I did consider:.
"A lot can happen in the middle of nowhere" - Fargo (1996)
or
"An epic of miniature proportions: - A Bug's Life (1998)
before finally settling on:
"sometimes you have to go half way around the world to come full circle"...souvenir for the first one to guess movie and year
