Continuing Professional Development
In the continuous professional development session there was a recent graduate employed at UTAS presenting about the University Library workforce plan and its successes. Implementation on their workforce plan commenced in 2005 and at that stage 34% of library staff over 55 years in 2009 23% of there liaison librarians are under 30 years and they have a detailed framework that underpins their development and capability building.
